Muskatsahne

Zu Butterkeksen ("Shortbread")

Take a Choppen of sweet Cream, put it in a Pan, grate Nutmeg, and put in with it, and Sugar, and boil it, till it come to a Mutchkin and a Half, season it with Sugar and Cinnamon, and serve it up.
