• 1 kleines Baguette
• 2 EL Olivenöl
• ¼ Tasse frisch geriebener Parmesan
• ½ TL Athelas (Basilikum)
• Frisch gemahlener schwarzer Pfeffer

• Grill vorheizen, Baguette der Länge nach halbieren
• Beide Hälften mit Öl einpinseln
• Gleichmäßig mit Parmesan, Athelas und Pfeffer bestreuen
• 1-2 min grillen, bis der Parmesan golden ist

This recipe is simple, fast, and delicious. However, the loaves I prepared were stolen from me, and taken deep into the mountains, where I assume someone is consuming them (hopefully not the other way around). Fortunately, I can and will make more. This recipe is perfect for anything. -Déagol
